What Data We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration including your name, email address, profile photo, platform statistics, and niche information. We also collect usage data to improve your experience.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and personalize the Privie service, send relevant notifications, facilitate community features, and improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties. Privie products are 100% ad-free.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the United States (US East — North Virginia). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. These options are available in the app under Settings → Passwords & Security → Your Data Rights. To submit a request directly contact hello@privie.live.
GDPR Compliance
Privie complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EU users have the right to data portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Consent is collected on first app open and stored with a timestamp on your user record.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. You will be notified of significant changes via the app.
