By creating an account or using Privie you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC.
About Privie
Privie is a private, verified, women-only professional creator network and toolkit operated by Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (21 for spicy/adult content features) to use Privie. Privie is a women-only platform.
Account Registration and Verification
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with any other person.
Subscription and Billing
Privie offers Free, Creator ($5.99/month), and Pro ($12.99/month) subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Privie reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

By using this tool you expressly acknowledge and agree that: Privie is a technology platform, not a legal services provider. Generated documents are legally binding when properly executed by all parties — however their enforceability depends on the specific facts, jurisdiction, and circumstances of each situation. Privie makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal sufficiency, enforceability, or fitness of any generated document for your specific situation. You assume full responsibility for reviewing, customizing, and executing any document generated through this tool. Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from your use of documents generated through this tool. Chat with a Pro connects verified creators for paid advice sessions. Privie Pros are independent contractors, not employees of Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC. Advice provided in these sessions is the opinion of the individual Pro and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before a session receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or no-shows forfeit 50% of the session fee. If a Pro fails to appear you receive a full refund.
Community Standards
You agree not to post content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or violating of any applicable law. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination at Privie's sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All Privie content, branding, design, and code is the property of Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC. Privie™ is a common law trademark of Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Owl Creative Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Privie or any content generated through its tools.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles.
